// What You’ll Do

Small Team. Real Impact.

We are a small team, so you’ll be working closely with experienced people across software, data and rail. You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership, learn quickly and see your work move from idea into something people actually use. 

  • Building pipelines and turning complex railway data into clear insights that drive better decisions.

  • Building intuitive tools that solve real operational problems for rail professionals, used day-to-day by operational teams, and helping shape the next generation of products for the rail industry and its customers.

  • Applying advanced modelling, AI and data science to complex railway problems to find better ways of working.

  • Working alongside experts who understand the railway, and directly with customers to turn a problem into a practical solution.
